The following collection includes official projects and self-initiated fan art for my favorite band, The Killers. With a brand utilizing many fun elements (Southwestern desert grunge, 80s aesthetics, and Vegas imagery), I've been inspired to create fun projects as a tribute to their work.
AUSTRALIA TOUR POSTER
In 2024, I had the massive honor of making an official piece for the band to promote their set of Australia shows. The band liked the art so much that shirts were added to their merchandise lineup. Fans proved they also enjoyed it by selling out both items at multiple shows.
ST. AUGUSTINE GIG POSTER
A self-initiated concert poster for a show I attended in 2023. The design's colors are organized for screen printing and includes references to the St. Augustine Amphitheater, the nearby lighthouse, and one of the band's signature touring keyboards.
ALBUM STOCKINGS
A personal Christmas project with illustrated elements from the band's main albums, complete with desert-inspired grunge and grain texturing.
ICONOGRAPHY POSTER
A collage of illustrations and icons from the band's discography, lyrics, and music videos. The piece is made to work with multiple color schemes, with 2 main ones below. (This was created in 2019 and will eventually include references from the band's recent albums)
BONES STICKER DESIGN
A fun illustration I've used for stickers and magnets to give to fellow fans at shows, inspired by a sign I created for my first Killers gig. This design inspired them to play it again 3 years later....go figure.
